Meet The Owner
Molly Jones MSc
Hi! I’m Molly, and I help people live well through effective exercise and mindset. I’m a physiotherapist by profession and I specialise in neurology, in particular, stroke and early stage Parkinson’s disease. I have a holistic approach to physiotherapy using a system of movement, mindset and management to help my clients gain confidence in themselves and control over their conditions.
Since 2001, I’ve worked as a physiotherapist in both NHS and private sector. I have also since completed a Masters Degree in Chronic Conditions Management, alongside other Neuro physiotherapy training programs.
In 2020, I also co-authored and published my first bestselling book “Confidence – how to have it and keep it”
I live in Mumbles and I visit clients from within the Gower and Swansea area.

Neurological physiotherapy, also known as Neuro Physio, is a specialist area that deals with conditions affecting the brain and spinal cord. Neuro Physio is based around a number of principles and techniques, with the general focus on training the body to improve motor function and restoring normal movement. A Neuro Physiotherapist uses different handling skills, exercises and routines to improve muscular strength, core stability, balance, posture, and position. As well as managing the physical effects, your physiotherapist will also encourage problem solving, task re-learning, and self-management to help your day to day living.
What we Treat
Ability Neuro Physio specializes in the following conditions.
- Parkinson’s Disease (see PD Trainer Program)
- Falls Prevention and Balance Training
- Fatigue Management
PDTrainer is an exercise program based on the concepts of the PD Warrior™ philosophy to slow down the progression of Parkinsons. PDTrainer is designed for those in early stages of Parkinson’s with mild symptoms. It requires daily frequency and high effort, and it can be designed individual levels of fitness and abilities.
Clients will have initial consultation and one-to-one induction to get familiar with the PDTrainer Program and core exercises. Once this is completed, they will be eligible to join the PDTrainer circuit class.
