【LLDPE簡介】
線型低密度聚乙烯（ Linear Low-Density Polyethy -lene ），英文縮寫為LLDPE。線性低密度聚乙烯在結(jié)構(gòu)上不同于一般的低密度聚乙烯，因為不存在長支鏈。LLDPE的線性度取決于LLDPE和LDPE的不同生產(chǎn)加工過程。LLDPE通常在更低溫度和壓力下，由乙烯和高級的a烯烴如丁烯、己烯或辛烯共聚合而生成。共聚過程生成的LLDPE聚合物具有比一般LDPE更窄的分子量分布，同時具有線性結(jié)構(gòu)使其有著不同的流變特性。LLDPE的熔融流動特性適l應(yīng)新工藝的要求，特別是用薄膜擠出工藝，可產(chǎn)出高質(zhì)的LLDPE產(chǎn)品。LLDPE應(yīng)用于聚乙烯所有的傳統(tǒng)市常增強了抗伸、抗穿透、抗沖擊和抗撕裂的性能使LLDPE適于作薄膜。它的優(yōu)異的抗環(huán)境應(yīng)力開裂性，抗低溫沖擊性和抗翹曲性使 LLDPE對管材、板材擠塑和所有模塑應(yīng)用都有吸引力。 LLDPE的應(yīng)用是作為地膜用于廢渣填埋和廢液池的襯層。
