| 用途及特點(diǎn): SJSZ系列錐形雙螺桿擠出機(jī)是一種適合于將各類PVC粉料擠制成型的設(shè)備,配以相應(yīng)的螺桿、擠出模頭料、輔機(jī),可將PVC粉料直接擠制成異形材、板材,管材、中空片材、膜等,也可完成對(duì)各種塑料的改性及粉料造粒過程。采用特殊設(shè)計(jì)的機(jī)筒螺桿結(jié)構(gòu),主驅(qū)動(dòng)電機(jī)可選擇直流或交流電動(dòng)機(jī);喂料采用強(qiáng)制喂料,高性能的減速扭矩分配系統(tǒng)。機(jī)筒加熱采用溫控儀器自動(dòng)控制溫度,保證了對(duì)物料工藝溫度的精確控制;機(jī)筒冷卻系統(tǒng)采用風(fēng)機(jī)強(qiáng)制冷卻:電器設(shè)有多項(xiàng)報(bào)警功能,分段故障報(bào)警,便于檢修;配備有真空排氣裝置和電流過載螺桿安全保護(hù)裝置。 | Use and application: SJSZ series conical twin screws extruder is one kind of specialized equipments that fitfor extruding PVC powder into varied shapes. Matching with accordingly screws,extrusion die,downstream,it can extrucle PVC powder into profile,plate,hollowform,sheet,film etc.Moreover,lt can modify the property of all kinds of plastic and makeplastic granules with powder. Structure of screws and barrel adopt special designed.Main driving motor couldchoose DC or AC motor as per requirement. Feeder adopts compulsively feedingmaterial. High performance of speed reducer and distribution and system.Heatingbarrel uses automatic temperature cooller which ensure the accurate conrtolof technological temperature. Machine Barrel cools by fan compulsively. Electricappliances set with multi- alarm function and give alarm separay. Thus, it providesconvenience for inspection and maintenance.
