The double-layer vibrating screen used for screening granular materials can remove large agglomerates and small fine powders from the material, thereby obtaining qualified granular materials.
working principle:
When the vibrating screen is in operation, the two vibrating motors rotate synchronously in reverse, causing the exciter to generate reverse excitation force, forcing the screen mesh (plate) to move longitudinally, causing the material on it to be periodically thrown forward by the excitation force, thus completing the material screening operation. Suitable for screening sand and gravel materials in quarries, and can also be used for product grading in industries such as coal selection, mineral processing, building materials, electricity, and chemical engineering.

In industries such as chemical, plastic, food, and pharmaceutical, materials are screened and graded.
