單工位立式(桁架)機(jī)械手,主要針對(duì)單臺(tái)數(shù)控機(jī)床配置的自動(dòng)上下料裝備,滿足零部件的單工序自動(dòng)化生產(chǎn)。
機(jī)械手采用高強(qiáng)度鋼梁、雙立柱架構(gòu),純模塊化設(shè)計(jì),適用于軸類、盤類、圓環(huán)等各種工件的自動(dòng)上下料。
具備靈活通用、移動(dòng)速度快、定位精度高、使用壽命長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。

機(jī)械手采用高強(qiáng)度鋼梁,多立柱架構(gòu),根據(jù)工件的實(shí)際加工節(jié)拍與工序需要,可選用單手臂或雙手臂配置,實(shí)現(xiàn)單機(jī)循環(huán)模式或雙機(jī)協(xié)作模式,**程度實(shí)現(xiàn)無(wú)人化生產(chǎn)。
自動(dòng)上料、自動(dòng)下料、自動(dòng)裝夾、自動(dòng)吹屑、并將完工件自動(dòng)放置在料倉(cāng)等連續(xù)性全自動(dòng)作,代替了人工裝夾。
