多功能涂膜復(fù)合機(jī)
用途：
本多功能涂膜復(fù)合機(jī)組適用于以聚丙烯、聚乙烯編織布為基材，利用涂膜料在熔融狀態(tài)下的膠粘性而進(jìn)行涂塑復(fù)合、紙塑復(fù)合，或同彩印好的OPP、CPP薄膜進(jìn)行復(fù)合包裝生產(chǎn)。
特點(diǎn)：
該機(jī)組自動化程度高，工藝*，操作方便，節(jié)能高效。采用擠出雙模頭，復(fù)合雙膠棍使制品復(fù)合均勻，剝離強(qiáng)度大，整體力學(xué)性能好、外形平整美現(xiàn)。自動糾偏裝置對基材進(jìn)行自動導(dǎo)向和糾偏。配置變速裝置、操作簡便，能適應(yīng)不同規(guī)格復(fù)合袋生產(chǎn)。

GY-TMF Multi-function Film Laminating Machine
Use
This machine laminates plastic film or Kraft-paper on the surface of PP or PE woven fabric with the adhesive material at melting status, or laminates color-printed OPB, CPP film to produce compounded bags.

This machine is highly automatic featured in advanced workmanship, easy operation, low power-consumption and high efficiency. It adopts double extrusion-dies with compounded double-roller to make even compounding. Its finished products are all high intensity and good performance both in application and appearance.
